Aromatherapy and Massage
This involves a structured plan for each individual, to suit the stresses and strain of working life, the oils and blends are essentially important and work with the body chemistry.
It is important that you do not bathe for 24 hours after the treatment also do not expose the body to ultra violet rays. When on a detoxifying programme, do not drink alcohol, coffee or tea, just plenty of water.
